The Ninth Annual Fire Service Psychology Association (FSPA) Annual Conference is a national, multidisciplinary educational event that advances evidence-based psychological services, research, and wellness practices within the fire service and EMS community.

The conference brings together psychologists, behavioral health clinicians, fire service leaders, peer support providers, researchers, and policy stakeholders to address contemporary issues impacting firefighter health, safety, and longevity. Core topic areas include trauma exposure and recovery, resilience and readiness, peer support and TRiM-informed models, leadership and organizational culture, suicide prevention, family systems, moral injury, occupational stress, and the integration of psychological science into fire service policy and practice.

Programming includes keynote presentations, applied research sessions, skills-based workshops, and panel discussions led by nationally recognized experts in fire service psychology, occupational health, and emergency services. The conference emphasizes culturally competent, fire-service–informed behavioral health approaches and promotes collaboration between clinicians and operational leaders to support sustainable change.
