A late-night fire in Egan is under investigation after flames tore through a home and nearby vehicles last night. Moody County First Responders were called just before 11:00 p.m. after a neighbor spotted flames coming from a garage. When crews arrived, they found the home fully engulfed, along with two vehicles on fire in the driveway. Officials said three people were inside: two suffered minor injuries, and one was seriously hurt. Unfortunately, a family dog did not survive. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
