A house fire from unknown causes resulted in mass damages to a Magna home. On Monday afternoon, multiple 911 calls were placed by neighbors reporting a house fire in Magna. Unified Fire Authority responded to find active smoke and flames from the back of the home, a single-family residence.
There were also flames extending into the attic, according to Unified Fire Authority. Fire crews immediately initiated an aggressive offensive attack and were able to bring the fire under control.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries to firefighters or to occupants. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation by fire officials. Unified Fire Authority added, “Thank you to our partners at West Valley City Fire Department for their quick response and assistance.
