VIDEO: Three people have been displaced from their homes after a fire erupted Tuesday morning at a mobile home park in Hallandale Beach, first responders confirmed.

According to Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue, the fire was reported at about 4:45 a.m. at the Eastwood Mobile Home Park, across the street from Gulfstream Park.

A spokesperson from the fire department said about 40 firefighters arrived at the scene to find heavy smoke and flames coming from one of the mobile homes.

“Two adjacent mobile homes also sustained flame impingement from the primary structure,” the spokesperson said in an email to Local 10 News.

Firefighters have since extinguished the blaze, and first responders say much of the two neighboring homes were preserved.

No injuries were reported, however three people were displaced from their homes, including one person who required assistance from the Red Cross. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
