Anchorage firefighters responded Monday evening to an exterior fire at Lowe’s on East Tudor Road that was quickly extinguished, according to the Anchorage Fire Department. Several fire engines responded to the blaze. “The fires were exterior. Crews on scene have them out but are working to ventilating the building,” AFD said in an email to Alaska’s News Source. “No injuries.”

AFD said an investigator was on scene to determine the cause of the fire. The extent of potential damage to the building was not immediately clear. At about 10:15 p.m., fire crews remained on the scene as they continued ventilation and investigation efforts. No further details were available.
