Schraml has 34 years of industry experience. His background includes managing carrier relationships, implementing analytics frameworks and leading training initiatives.
He has held senior leadership roles in technical compliance, analytics, vendor operations, quality assurance and SIU oversight.
He was previously director of fraud compliance and analytics at Sedgwick.
