VIDEO: A man is fighting for his life after a fire ripped through a house in central Phoenix Thursday night. Firefighters were called out to a home on 21st Street just north of Indian School Road just after 9 p.m.
When they arrived, they saw smoke and flames coming from the house. Firefighters said they quickly started battling the fire while looking for those inside.
Crews said they pulled one man from the house and he was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition. It’s unclear what sparked the flames.
