The Lebanon Fire District is marking a significant milestone with the retirement of Division Chief – Fire Marshal Ken Foster and Lieutenant/Acting Battalion Chief Michael Maynard.
Together, they have contributed over 70 years of dedicated service to the community. According to the Lebanon Fire District, Fire Chief John Tacy expressed deep gratitude for their commitment.
“Ken and Mike shaped lives, mentored future generations, and set a standard of excellence that will live long beyond their final shifts,” said Tacy. Ken Foster’s 36-year career was deeply rooted in family tradition.
“It was a family affair,” Foster said, reflecting on his decision to join the fire service. His journey was marked by significant achievements, including modernizing community safety practices since 2017.
