Fire Extinguisher Estimator
Not sure how many extinguishers you need for your building? This tool gives you a quick estimate based on floor area and hazard type.
It uses NFPA 10 spacing guidelines as a rough rule-of-thumb:

Light hazard: 1 extinguisher (2A rating) per 3000 ft² (279 m²)

Ordinary hazard: 1 extinguisher per 1500 ft² (139 m²)

Extra hazard: 1 extinguisher per 1000 ft² (93 m²)
